i want to build a website like myspace but better but i dont have the money to make one on the sites that need money so where can i make a site for free but still be great and able to load pics and whatever?

To make _anything_ on a par with MySpace you're going to need financial backing, and a team of skilled coders and designers.
The alternative is to make a free personal homepage - search the previous answers here to find all the information you could ever need to get started.
