How long have you been married?

Yes I do and we've been married for 71/2 years (together for almost 10). I know sometimes, when people are together for so long, they get busy, have kids, the monotony of routine sets in - but one sure tell tale way for me is when my husband kisses me - not a sloppy kiss, just a kiss that lasts longer than 5 seconds (before or after work, just because, etc) I still get butterflies. It feels like I've just dropped over the hill of a roller coaster. He can still make my knees weak. All marriages have ups and downs (anyone who says theirs doesn't is lying) but the good marriages have more ups than downs.

Only during certain moments......
Now the MILF down the street is another story. In fact, sometimes I'm thinking about her during those certain moments, so maybe the answer is no.
Of course I'm joking...but in this context I believe the old adage that the flame that burns the brightest also goes out the fastest. So it is hard to maintain that level of being "really, passionately in love" over an extended period.
But I also think having strong feelings of passion early in a relationship can help carry you through difficult times, so it's good to have had that in the relationship history.
So the honest answer is sometimes, but not usually. And in the long haul sometimes is good enough.

yes I feel very passionately in love with my husband. We have been married for 5 years and together 8. He is a very passionate man, and that matters. Brings me flowers often for no reason at all, cards with alot of meaning, writes I love you on little notes or on a steamy mirror so when I go to take my shower I can read what he wrote in the steam. He is awesome!!!!!! I'm a lucky girl

Very much in love with him and passionately so. We have been married going on eighteen years. Love is not an an emotion that you fall in and out of however, its a choice :)

Madly in love, and passionate! We have 2 kids (1 from prev. marriage that was NOT passionate) and have been married for 2 years. He is my soul mate and best friend.
