My ex was ordered to pay me a sum of money 3 months ago because he refused to take my name off of the mortgage (after 2 years of being divorced, my name was ~still~ on the mortgage) then he let the house go in foreclosure and I had to file bankruptcy. We have a compliance hearing set for next week - does this mean the judge just wants to see if he's 'complied' with the order? What might happen when I tell the judge he hasn't paid me a penny of what he owes?

He will order this again, and will want proof why he didn't pay you your money the judge will look at all that was suppose to be done and want to know why it wasn't done, he's in the hot seat now. Court for me too next week,.. divorce I think we are almost done.

The judge could say that he is in contempt of court - and put him in jail.
