In the morning i like to have something good and interesting like cheese with bread and also one glass of milk which makes u more energetics and also make u feel enjoyable.

Eggs, turkey bacon, orange juice, grits, toast, waffles, pancakes or French toast, fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, watermelon).
