it goes like that: "all right girls put your hads in the air (...)or you just not care. the singer is a male. it hears like remix or just very rhythmic song. it seems to me that it is an old song. if i don't make a mistake at the begining there is a guitars or something noisy. also i checked all the lyrics in google to this words and i didn't find this song

Good luck - that is one of the most cliched - overused lines in songwriting, I consider using it lazy in the extreme. If you could quote any other lines it would be a good help.
