Yes. My dad got me learning Latin at the age of six. I'd say that was unusual!

Yeah when I turned 21 I was 8 months pregnant and he said I could not go without at least buying alcohol on my 21st birthday, he said it was a right as passage into a full blown adult, I said dad I think I passed full blown adult status 1 baby ago, he said here is 20 bucks just get me the damn 6 pack
I think he was just being lazy, there was no right of passage other than him wanting to watch the game
I miss that man
