wow more hypocrisy from the Dems what a shock.

Maybe they should look at situations like this when they are so worried about insulting the people trying to harm us, and so interested in making fun of the people trying to help us.

Next time you get called anti-American remember this post, instead of ignoring the facts, this is a clear example of Democrats not being on the side of their country, but on the side of their politics.

They can try to manipulate it and saying that people are for the war because of the president, when in reality they are for the war, because it's the only way right now to keep this country safe (terrorists/insurgents can't be reasoned with). The other funny reality and hypocritical thing about the Democrats is that they are only against the war because of the president.

THANK GOD, not all Democrats are liberal!!! There are still some of them, who hang on, hoping that intelligence and fairness will someday return to what, WAS the most powerful Political Party, in the last 100 years.
The RIGHT?? THE RIGHT - YES, to do so though, would be an insult to that person addressed, BUT more pointedly, AN INSULT TO THE SENSE OF DECENCY, INTELLECT, INTEGRITY, and CREDITABILITY of the INSULTER !!!
Of course, in today's world, the Dems will only "bless" the insults given out by those who publicly support the Democrat agenda.
( That is why it is SO MUCH FUN to confront a liberal- democrat, IT "BLOWS" their minds, that the confronter has their same rights)

Well in either case its not OK to insult anyone! It was deplorable to insult a US General and as a Democrat I am outraged. As a member of the human race I also deplore direct attach on any religion. I think all political parties need to take a step back and look at what they are doing to all Americans. STOP THE BLAM GAME and focus on the issues that face all of us.

You got that right. It's OK to ban ROTC from the Columbia campus because of the "anti-homosexual" Don't Ask Don't Tell Policy but it's perfectly Ok to invite the murdering scum president of a terrorist state to address the same student body on why his country considers homosexuality a capital offense. Typical stupid lib hypocrisy.

When a general puts himself in the political limelight then he deserves o have his statements questioned. The Pentagon has said this war is a mess but the General spoke as if all is rosy in Iraq. So yes, he deserves to be insulted.
As to mosques, Peter King has a long history of racist statements (I live on Long Island next to his district). Yes there are some bad Muslims in this country but there are also many good ones. King paints with a broad brush and his statement deserves to be criticized. That is like saying all Christians are bad because of a few nut case fundamentalists.

Moveon.org is so far left its in the Pacific. Stop associating all Democrats with these liberal groups. And if you visited their site you would see they insult the Democrats as much as Republicans.
And it is OK to insult a General as it is to insult a bogus Presidential administration.
General Wesley Clark (ret)did.

Pretty much, but they don't mind that their anti-Americanism is showing, because they consider it to be Patriotism. How they came to view seditious and traitorous behavior to be Patriotism is a mystery, but a fact nonetheless. And of course insulting a General is easy for them, due to the Liberals long standing hatred of those who defend the freedoms they claim to treasure so much.

the priority is which you forget approximately that for 2 years it replaced into honeymoon time with Bush and the Congress, something he wanted he have been given, no talk, no nonsense approximately crossing the aisle. They ran roughshod over the Democrats. whilst 9/11 befell we've been on his area, whilst he went into Afghanistan, we and the international replaced into on his area. as quickly as we went into Iraq...all of us went huh? Thats whilst the slide began, no WMD, no reason to flow there, we killed 1000's there with 'ask your self and Awe'. We have been given the sons of Saddam, and then him, and we've been nevertheless there. Over 4 thousand human beings have died there, and the guy who masterminded the international commerce middle destruction continues to be available. Then it replaced into the financial gadget, Bush regulations that gave tax breaks to the wealthy, as quickly as we've been at conflict extra approximately deficits. Then there replaced into Katrina, a important American city left through itself for 4 days whilst the President regarded blind to what replaced into happening, even nonetheless something of yankee purely had to coach on the television. Inexcusable. permit Obama make an identical errors and that i would be there with you complaining approximately him, he wasn't my selection, not even my 0.33 guy. yet hes not finished something on that scope, and the nonsense I see right here is pointless and petty. For 8 years i've got had my tax money spent on issues i don't think in, i like the undeniable fact that the gag order is over with. not every person sees issues an identical way. Thats fantastic.

MoveOn.org is not the Army Times, nor is it the Democratic Party. They are not members of the military, so they can criticize a general under the first amendment. If someone vandalizes a mosque, it's a violation of the law.

Personally, I think the remark about Petraeus was wrong, but it's being blown up way out of proportion as a way to attack all Democrats for the remarks of a few.
