First of all why in the world would you pay so much money, I mean why pay at all. That sound completely insane. You're being ripped off! How those this arrangement even work? Finding someone you could share with isn't as hard as you may think and it comes when you least expect it (shopping, working, at the hospital, at the park . . .) These things should not be rushed, give it time.
