Mostly they speak Sindarin, but some Silvan Elvish is used as well.

Good question. lol.. I love LOTR too... I suppose they speak Lothlorien! Sweet sounding language... sounds sort of like the Scottish language, Gaelic to me. I've not heard that there was a dictionary... but there is a font you can get online called the "elven font" or something like that. When you do find the dictionary, would you please let me know? Thanks lol...
