Seriously though, it's nothing to worry about as it's most likely to be caused by a trapped nerve. See your doctor and get a referral to a specialist. If it is a trapped nerve, it can easily be sorted out with a simple surgical procedure (local anaesthetic, not general anaesthetic).

sounds like a nerve spasm. they usually last less than 10 minutes, rarely as long as 20 minutes.

Smoking...Caffeine...Stress... lack of sleep...all can cause ur symptoms...take a vacation
