..try to be positive
..smile even when it hurts
..laugh when i cry
..keep myself busy with things to do
..avoid negative thoughts (not as easy as it sounds)
..don't tolerate insults from people trying to hurt me
..strive to look for the best in people

first of all i will check all positive and negative points for the change. every one should try for betterment, because it is the real thing which continues the life.i will discuus all the things with my loving and of course with you then as per opinion and their experience i will take decision.
