Even umsweetened (100% pure) juices can cause weoight increase. You get all your energy ad sugar need from these drinks, AND ANY FOOD YOU EAT THEN IS CHANGED INTO FAT.

Yes, cooldrinks and fruit juice contains loads of sugar and can make you fat if you are not a very active person.
Limit the amount of cooldrink and alternate with water (much healthier and contains no fat) and when you do drink fruit juice try diluting it. It reduces the amount of suger you take in.

Try leaving a couple of different coins in a glass coke of for a few hours and then you would understand what coldrinks or feezy drinks does to your body.

It depends how much the person drink. If too much, then that person can gain weight. Most cooldrink contains sugars and stuff that's bad for you.

Fizzies are worse because of additives.......pure juices are better but they too contain sugar, which could still make you fat.....
