What about this?
If the temperature this morning is 0 degrees and the Weather Channel says, "it will be twice as cold tomorrow,".... What will the temperature be?

I don't know....
It would be 0 degrees because the weather channel is hardly ever right.

The light emitted from your headlights would reach a viewers eyes twice as quick
The weather channel would be wrong. Deg./Temperature is a measurement of heat not cold...cold is a sensation. So if they meant there would be twice as less heat and absolute zero being –459.67 degrees it would be about -229.89

The first depends where the lights are.
If they are where they can be seen from inside then you will see the lights go on, but the light will only be as far out as they are.
If they can't be seen you won't see anything
The 2nd has 2 answers (you asked it, I'm just giving a proper Meteorological answer)
If the weather forecast uses centigrade then it will be -9 tomorrow (0C = 32 Farenheit, 16F = -9C)
If they use Farenheit (0F = -17.8C) it it will be -32 tomorrow (-35.6C)

you wont be able to see. the light will never leave the lamp (according to you) because you're going at the same speed. kinda the same thing as when a plane breaks the speed of sound...takes the sound some time to catch up. wink, wink
the temp will be whatever they say it's going to be for that day. that was easy.
