Well honestly there would be no correct answer to this, it could rain, it could rain fire, it could not rain at all. Or theres some people point of view, there may not even be a hell to begin with for it to rain in. The world may never know. If you believe, and want to think it rains then thats what happens ;)

The only rain that exists in hell is that rain which falls on the heads of those persons who did not ENJOY being rained on in their PREVIOUS life,,,,that's why it's called HELL.

I don't believe hell is a place. It is a state. As how people say they are in "hell". So I suppose there is the possibility of rain whatever state you think you might be in. Oh, hell, this gave me a flash headache.

Rain can be good, and rain can be bad, Just like people can be good, but the same person can be evil. I dont think that anyone is pure evil, therefore I dont think theres a hell, Sorry.

Supposing that there is a hell, you then have to suppose that it has it's own ecosystem to support rain.
If not it's own ecosystem, then at least a good layer of bodies on the ceiling to rain blood down on the poor souls below.
