because the word "queen"..seems to have lost its appeal for some reason....

Who says that I want to be a princess...I would rather be the king so I could tell everyone what they can and cannot do...oh, wait a minute, I guess since I am a mother, I am king...of this house

Cause the Queen is old and stupid, but princesses is bright, young, and looking for true love.
The Kings charge their countries. Princes having many pressure from his father to find a true love and becoming a king.

Well princesses are beautiful whereas queens are old. Which in theory would mean boys should want to be princes in order to marry the princess....but they prefer to be married to the old queen...mmmm...I dont think the boys have really thought it through thoroughly... :-)

Girls are socially conditioned to want to be princesses, which adds to acceptance of a subordinate role. They are basically taught by the people and culture around them to strive to be that, while boys are conditioned to be kings.
