According to Baseball Almanac, it's a tie between former Braves closer Mark Wohlers and current Detroit Tiger Set up man, Joel Zumaya at 103.0 mph

Brett is right to certain point....because you gottta remember back in the old days they didn't have a radar gun to measure the speed, It could have been somebody faster than this two guys......baseball history didn't start in the ninethies......Im from mexico but love beisball.

Brettj is correct. Should anyone answer with any number higher than 103mph they are blowing smoke.
