Personally speaking I cant, but have learned to live with them and tried to learn from them an old Buddhist saying always help me...."this too will pass" As nothing good or bad stays the same as the world and ourselves are constantly changing ,even if we don't realise it at the time.

Best wishes !!!

Why would I ever want to go and do a thing like that?
If I were to forget the things that I
regret; I would only be prone to repeating them (the mistakes I've made, that is).
No I like remembering the things
which I regret as a reminder that I wasn't always the man that I am now and that this was what it took for me to arrive here.
The past is an excellent tool for
improving upon the presence and providing the way to a brighter future.
Loved your question. Great food for thought. Peace.

No my actions cost one life and destroyed so many others....it's not something I can forget......I can learn from it, I can move on in life, I'll always regret it and I'll never forget it.

I've never been able to completely put them aside. Just when I think I've made peace with them and banished them from my mind, something will happen to remind me of them and I have to go through the whole process again. Sometimes I wish our memories came with a delete button, but if they did how would we learn from our mistakes?

I don't have regrets, only learning experiences. And they've all contributed towards the person I am today.

i don't be apologetic approximately something, yet i think i might choose remember. It makes me better to comprehend the errors I made in my existence and how i will evade them from occuring back. you could no longer replace the previous, yet you could replace the destiny.

yes whats the point of hankering after something you did or didn't do ,whats more important is to move forward and do the things you want to do.
