First off - don't listen to runningfool - his name is a clear indicator of what he is.
The benefits are
1. Allowing 2 people who made a mistake to find other happiness in their lives
2. It decreases their tax bracket (lees income, less taxes)
3. It promotes the parent who is at work, so see the children more
4. It allows the children to live in Harmony, vs. an atmosphere of fighting
5. It allows each parent some time off
I am trying to provide you information which is "kind" instead of filled with animosity, which you will find in many divorce situations.

Most of the benefits have to be considered on an individual basis. Although, it means that you can easily leave your money, property..etc. to whomever you wish instead of automatically leaving it to your spouse. In the case of a medical emergency you can designate someone as your person who will make the decisions instead of just your spouse. If you have children, it benefits your taxes because you can file as head of household instead of married so you get a break. Health insurance and gym memberships are cheaper if you are single with children rather than a family. Without getting into personal issues that is about all I can come up with............LOL

the advantages will flow away as quickly as the divorce is very final. At one time, spouses who have been married for ten lively accountability years have been entitled to a minimum of one 365 days of clinical insurance yet i'm not a hundred% particular that keeps to be authentic. the place in Texas are you? purely the call of the city, please.

Was married for 30 years, no more mental and physical abuse, I do what I want when I want, having my own space, making food I want to eat, doing things my way, not having to report where and when and why I'm going some where, not having to drive him any where he made me drive everywhere, not listening to him complain about everything easier to keep my place cleaner he was a pack rat I was not. I could go on and on,.....

getting away from a cheating spouse (this includes those who watch porn), an abusive spouse, a drunk spouse, a gambling spouse... getting the children away from a cheating spouse (this includes those who watch porn), an abusive spouse, a drunk spouse, a gambling spouse... Marraige was meant to be sacred, and parents were meant to be an example... other benefits... custodial parent gets alimony and child support from the cheating spouse, the abusive spouse, the drunk spouse and the gambling spouse... had they stayed married the money would have went to other things instead of to the family/kids. Now, the money will go where it is supposed to go because the courts said so, lol! =)
