I'm very impatient and have difficulties meditating. I can't sit still for long and just concentrate on something.

Any alternatives to relax my mind? Preferbly one that distracts me from my problems cos meditation seem to let me recall a lot of my troubles. =X

Try praying to whatever your religion and belief is from. It also helps to confide and talk to someone you trust and can share. Also listen to light soft music (only what you like) and just be you....relax but in silence of your mind. Create the tranquility ( in Chinese we harness our CHI) Good luck
