It guess it should be left to the people of India to vote through sms... the one who gets the highest votes will be the Coach.
Just like the way everything goes on thesedays...like selection of best singer, best dancer, best comedian etc. etc...all through SMS power.
My votes for Ravi Shastri.

At present Indian team at first need a Good Captain, not Coach. Coachless Indian Tean have the GUTS to EXPELL South Afrika from International 20-20 Tournament. Let Dhoni be stable in this new roll as Captain. Then employment of Coach may be considered.

Not good options as Mohinder Amarnath will never coach India. Whatmore was refused and Ravi Shastri was for a while but refused so all options are wrong.
Think of other coaches please.

None of them will be the indian Coach. The progress of selecting Indian Coach is very slow and no one has been short listed yet. I do nbot know how long it will take to appoint a coach.
