Apart from when I have a cold, I have a relatively snot free nose. I only pick it occasionally, usually if it has gone hard!
Also if we were not meant to pick our noses, why do our fingers fit up there so easily?

I like to alternate between picking my thong out my ash and picking my nose.I would say every 30 minutes,rotating between them.In all honesty,whenever it needs to be done.Once or twice a day.
