mattie bought one gallon of paint .to paint her fence with her dad.if one gallon corvers 90square feet. and if the fence is 6feet high about what is the length of the fence can they paint?

I think it might depend on whether or not either train slows down on the cross country trip. They might not both reach Chicago at the same time. Oh wait that was yesterdays WHY DIY Q... LOL.

If Mattie's Dad bought the paint; he wasted his money. A gallon better cover closer to 300 sq. ft.

About 3 1/2 feet because dad bought some very bad paint. Coverage is so poor they have to paint d fence four times. Dad's gallon says it covers 90 sqft, but that's a lie. The paint is from China and has a lot of lead in it. Lead is heavy so the paint will fall off pretty soon.
Regular paint should cover 300-500 sqft..

Heigth times length equal square feet...6 foot fence say 20 feet long equal 120 square feet..now keep in mind this is one side only...so both sides would be 240 square feet..also I dont know what paint only covers 90 sq feet per gallon for most is 250 to 400 square feet per gallon, depending on roughness of surface painted..

7.5 feet if Mattie and her Dad paint both sides. 15 feet if they paint one side.
