yes,icl player get chance to compete with bcci ranji teams.because after playing in ranji team a player will select for icl or international team.

qualifying match between ICL and BCCI one political and other commercial body will decide the rule of the game .
the rule a e written by winners and not be the losers

Not at present. However, if both ICL and IPL join hands in future,it may be possible. However, such an eventuality looks to be impossible.
