I drive a 1995 Acura Integra LS. I wanted a GS-R, but i ended up with a LS instead...well got it free from my dad. My car does not have enough power for me...which will probably always be the case. But need more power then what it has. So i have a few choices. first choice, sell the car and buy a GS-R. Or just do a engine swap. or just modify the LS. A friend of mine told me to change the LS head for a honda's STi...i'm not sure, i have only recently came interested in cars, and no one to teach me these things. So what should i do, how much will it cost me. i'm not rich, i'm as rich as a normal college student...but do have some money from saving from high school...so what shoudl i do??

The LS is a good car and you should use it as she is. Changing engines and buying another uprated car would also cost a lot of money, which really is uncalled for at the moment. With practice you will get used to the power output of the LS and may perhaps be also able to enjoy driving it.

Changing the head to an STi's will be an excercise in futility. The engine will not operate since the central computer will
not accept any inputs on this swap.

Drive your car the way it is until the doors fall off. If you are in the US, switching a long block would cost as much as $4,000. Buying another car for more power will also cost money. Then, you will want to buy another car with more power yet.
Modifying the engine is not likely. Engines are controlled by computer chips. Change any parameters without changing computers might damage the engine.
Think of cars as transportation, not toys. You will get used to what you have.
