I want to put all my poems and songs in a book

Poetry is a hard sell, mainly because so few people read it. In fact, poetry chapbooks and collections is one of the legitimate uses of paying to publish. (Fiction isn't.)

If you need free, your poetry and songs are going to have to be very, very good. It will help if you can point to multiple sales of your poetry to discriminating publications, and even then you're likely to be rejected, not because your work isn't good but because publishers can't profit from it.

Ultimately, it's a business.

First step is selling a dozen poems to national magazines. With that to your credit, your odds improve.
