You have not said what your situation is, is it domestic violence in a relationship?
The advice you have been offered if you take any notice of it would only make him more angry and aggressive and you may get very serious injuries. Do not make him mader but yell and scream and struggle until you are free and get to hell out of there and never go back because that man needs serious psychiatric help and needs to be locked up.

Who is it and why are they holding you down?How old are you?You can tell a parent or the police,teacher.Like one of the others mentioned,do not let yourself be alone with this person.You should allways have someone with you.
