Well i hope you have experiance cause helis are extremely hard to fly.I don't know of where you could get on for that amount of $ but heres some site,this one is where you can ask and answer questions http://rcuniverse.com become a member it's a great site for all r/c helis,planes,boats and cars,this one is where i buy all my r/c equitment http://towerhobbies.com also your lhs
(local hobby shop) may have an electric in that range price or a used one,while you at your lhs also they may have a flight simulater,so you can try flying on a computer.Good luck and happy flying.

The store called SHOWCASE had a little toy helicopter for really cheap. Like under $20. The store model didn't fly very well, or strait. But it did fly! It also had a remote, for all the good that would do for a cheap toy made out of paper or something that wouldn't fly strait.
I think the speed of the rear rotor needed to be adjusted, could be adjusted, then it will fly straiter.
A toy that you can tinker with is fun.
