I having a cable net and 200 clients, some of my clients sharing my network using two ethernet lan cards sharing method. Please help me to stop them or tell me any server which have function to stop them or disabled their second lan card.

From what you are saying all the machines have 2 cards. This is a very poor way to run the system and reduces your control. They should all have only one card, and use this for both types of access (lan and internet). You can get routers with filtering, so you can block certain machines by address. Alternatively run them through a Linux firewalling server to the internet and control their access from this.
