I don't agree, really. Well...it depends i guess. In a way, i agree, but if you're talking along the lines of someones first love cheated on them, or abused them, i think the new lover take the love and the old love dies once they have someone better o_o

No I dont believe it. They say you will always love your first love but that is not true, I was married to mine for 7 yrs and now today I have no feelings for him what so ever.

I do believe in that saying. I fell in love more than 35 years ago, but we couldn't be together. I've never forgotten him, and I've never fallen in love again.

i used to think that with my first boyfriend when we split up now im with some1 else and realise that i never really used to love the first bloke it was infatuation u will care for them but thats about it
