I don't like losing friends that I consider to be true friends and will do what I can to save that friendship but if it's not a true and trusted friend I don't feel the loss as much!!

Personally, I don't want to lose a friend, that would be painful... But then again, we can't control what lies ahead of us, so we have to enjoy every moment we're together. And let them feel the love and appreciation we have for them.
=)

If we wanted to lose them, then they're not really a friend, now are they?
So then no, usually not.

Never. I'd like to think that even if I loose contact with that person, I can always call them a friend and meet them "all the way".

I never thought I'd say yes to this. But had to do it recently. There's a point in a friendship when you feel used and the friendship is lopsided. Sad story...it's only happened this once. That's a good thing.

Only if your friend turns out not to be a friend in the long run.

No - and it is really sad when you DO lose as friend.
Losing a really close fiend can be very very heart-wrenching.
(I lost a friend on Sunday)

Not if it's a good friend. I just got an email from someone I haven't spoken to in almost a year!
