I am unsure of the spelling and the exact name. I am looking for information re: The Japanese Nepal or Napel tree or plant. Can someone provide me with the correct spelling and the correct name?

Could you be talking about a Japanese Maple? It is a really pretty tree that turns red in the fall and has very fine Maple shaped leaves. Its a small tree.

In English we named a team of people via their countries. Like England- English, India-India, China-chinese language, Taiwan-Taiwanese..comparable with Japan-eastern..we cant call them Nipponese or Niponggose...
