She is a very do-gooder woman. She thinks she's Jesus. I don't like how up herself she is, and how she thinks she knows EVERYTHING! My mother and sister both watch it, and ARGH I hate how they recycle the audiences from Tyra and Dr.Phil and they cheer and scream after every word.

I used to love watching her when her shows were about real people with real problems. Now, the only people she really interviews are celebrities and their problems. She makes out like they are the only ones in the world affected by whatever issue. From what I've read she's extremely picky about who she has on her show, especially after reading about Ludicris saying that she's a racist. Don't get it twisted people, I didn't say that ... he did. Oprah's all about the $$ and if I had to pick between Sesame Street and her, Sesame Street would win hands down. Besides, Elmo doesn't constantly interrupt people the way she does, it's so aggravating.

I love watching oprah show as she is very inpirational to the world. Lots of people dislike oprah cause of reasons she has done nothing for them. Don't hate but relate and understand. I too would like for her to splur a blessing to me, yet, I continue and always will like her show.If there was a vote on who like and dislike oprah, Guess what -----OPRAH WILL WIN.

When Oprah first went on the air, we were all in 'awe' of her. She was up against, what we considered, stuffy Phil Donahue, etc. As time went on, she became more and more popular. We appreciated her popularity and rewarded her with many hours of viewing. She had important, interesting guests on, subjects that would help us all. Once she had gained the trust and love of a multitude of viewers, she became very, very rich, buying into everything she could as diversity in her riches would secure her future for ever and ever. She gathered around her, friends and business leaders to keep her in good stead. We loved her so much. Then, after riding on the coattails of all things 'white', she became blacker and blacker, in her manner of speech, subject matter and loyalties. Now, one could say that is being prejudice to say that, but I believe that after all the love we gave her, whether she was black or white, she should not have defied us. She used the whites to get exactly where she needed to be instrumental as a black person. I have not watched Oprey for 17 or 18 years now...and that is why...Thanks for asking such a pointed question.

Personally, I love Oprah. She has given so much back to various communities (like all of where Hurricane Katrina hit, the school that she built in Africa, the money that she donates to charity, and the list is endless) She's a great inspiration for women and shows that just because something tragic (like a rape) has happened, doest mean that youre useless and cant become anything ... It only makes you stronger as a person.
As for the show, hate it. She doesn't really help anyone like Dr.Phil does because she isnt a doctor. Her shows are repetitive and un-entertaining.

I would rather take out the trash than watch it on TV. I will pass on Oprah, Jerry, the court shows and which ever one of those idiots brings the same bimbo back for the 5th time with 10 men in tow yelling "One of them is the father of my baby!"
What a waste of airtime.

I don't like the Oprah show. I think she has turned into a movie stars talk show - she rarely hits on real topics any longer from what I have seen. I think Oprah is kind of cool, but anyone who puts their own picture on EVERY FRIGGIN cover of their magazine is just a smiggin full of themselves........

I really don't like "oprah" or any similar shows. They're intensely irritating. Don't we have enough stress in our own lives without taking on additional stress and irritation from others?

I seldom watch the show anymore. I lost all respect for Oprah when she finally lost all the weight & kept it off.
