Yes. Emotional distance for one, and necessary physical distance in another. Feels like you are floating down under the surface held by weights.........holding your breath until your lungs hurt, eyes wide open to catch a last glimpse. The weightlessness in water is a myth at this point because your body is made of lead.
But you have to reach deep inside yourself and pull out the reason you want to go on and actually enjoy life! The weights drop off slowly and you rise to the surface again. And breath the sweet, clean air.
