22 hours in a row? She needs to see a doctor quickly, something is wrong.

Drowsiness is a side effect of hyoscyamine, but in such a small baby, this is something definitely to worry about. Call your pediatrician's office to see someone ASAP, and if they can't see you right away, go to the ER.

Babies should be sleeping 8-12 hrs at night and like 2 naps during the day but if you mean she has slept for 22 hrs straight that is a problem. She should still be eating atleast 24 oz during the day if sleeping longer at night but even with the sleeping at night and napping it still wouldn't be 22 hrs out of a day. I would call the Dr now or take her to the ER she may have had a reaction to the medicine.

I would call your pediatrician now!! Sleepin 22 hours straight, or waking up -staying awake and then going to sleep? Colic is rough, my oldest daughter had colic and I breast fed her(supposed to reduce the colic possiblity). Babues sleep alot, but 22 hours is excessive. Please call your doc and make sure she is not having adverse reactions. GOOD LUCK! Please keep us posted.
