If ump go 3rdump to see if a batpad ctch is clr. 3rdump finds ctch is ok bt ball hs cm of pad.can he gv hm n.o

If the field umpires refer to 3rd umpire before declaring the batsman out and if the 3rd umpire is satisfied that the ball has come from the pad and not touched the bat the batsman can be declared not out.

No he can't he only have the permission to see wether the catch is ok..
Only the field umpire can decide wether the ball hit the pad or bat..
