I want that no user excluding me should be able to write or save files on the c: drive He can read them only. I want the method which will use MSDOS command to this

MSDOS does not have drive lockout capability only file read only capability and Windows will not work unless it can write to files for status, backup, etc.

You are not going to do it with MS-DOS, and you are not going to do it without a lot of effort on your part - i.e. you have to learn how to do it.

You might be able to set up restrictions on a guest account that would only enable users that log on to that account to read, but not write data to the harddrive. How are your administrator and user priviledge setting skills? I don't have that knowledge, but I know you can find out how to do it with things like www.google.com.

Many libraries and internet cafes have such arrangements, so you should be able to figure it out - if you really want to.
