No such thing: "What fabrics are anti-static in winters?" for everyday people and clothes etc. There is especially made gear (as mentioned above) but the general public does not wear those types of clothes.

All fabrics for general clothing will cause static cling in winter. However, some clothing materials cause more static electricity than others. The best way to find out which materials are the least clingy is to take them out of the dryer and see which ones cling together and really cause a lot of static when you separate them. Nylon is very bad for static! So, anything that has nylon in it will be more static in the winter. You might wear as much less static clothing as possible but still get that static cling look and that is because the clothes rubbing on your dry skin creates static and some soles on shoes cause a build up of electrical particles.
