I usually play on the computer. But really, that's not the best thing to do if you want to fall asleep. The best thing to do is lay down in bed with a dim light on, like a lamp, and read. Don't read anything too stimulating. I read non-fiction, and that helps.
If you still can't fall asleep, try to do some of the things you would normally do in the morning, like for example, take a shower. I normally take my shower in the morning, but if I can't sleep, I just go ahead and take a shower, because then I figure I can sleep in a little in the morning, because I'll already have that done. So that way, I haven't wasted my time!

-The "20 minute" thing. If you can't rest for 20 minutes, go get up and do something else until you're sleepy

-Dream about things even when im awake.

Once there was a weird thing that lived in the woods. That weird thing came up to two very pretty girls and said "can I be your friend?" the two pretty girls said "no, you're ugly." so the weird thing went up to two ugly girls and asked if he could be their friend and they said "sure, we're always looking for new friends"
