It all depends when you ovulate, most people say 10 days after your period but both my boys were conceived in the first 3 to 5 days after my period.
You're going to have to wait and see, if you are pregnant you will probably start feeling really tired and experience some other symptoms but unfortunately that's not an exact science either.
Once you've missed your period take a test.
If you want this baby then good luck and I hope it's positive if you don't want a baby then let's hope you get your period and maybe rethink your method of birth control for the future.
Nobody needs that stress every month.

Here's the thing, Although you are supposed to be your most fertile at 10-14 days from the start of your period, everyone's body is different. Some women have short menstrual cycles, some last longer. So, the numbers can be variable. If you are someone that has a 3 day cycle, you are probably more fertile 2 days after the end than someone who's cycle lasts 5 days. So, it is very variable. With unprotected sex there is always a risk.

Are you on start control? Did the person ejaculate inside you? Should you had no beginning manipulate, and the person ejaculated inside of you, then i would say about an eighty% danger of being pregnant? There are several motives that play into it, like in case you are ovulating or now not, and so on. In case you are on birth manipulate, and he did not ejaculate inside of you? Often pretty low danger. The guideline of thumb although is... "If you do not need to get pregnant, should not have unprotected intercourse." delivery manipulate is even more unreliable than condoms are. Simply because you are taking start manipulate, doesn't mean it's working. You need to be taking it very consistently over an extended interval of time for its protection to end up active. When you leave out a day, it might skew it for awhile.

Pretty good chance. I got pregnant having sex 2 days after my period. However, I planned it with my husband so I'm happy. I used condoms when I didn't want to get pregnant because I couldn't be on the pill for health reasons. Take responsibility for your actions. I used condoms even though I'm married and it would have been okay for me to have a baby earlier but I chose to be smart.
Edit: The reason it doesn't seem like you planned this is because you call it unprotected sex. Other couples would say they are trying to conceive. You also said that this is not something you normally do. If you are wanting to get pregnant than having unprotected sex would be something you do regularly. If you want a baby, you would tell us in the first line saying something to the effect that you are hoping you are pregnant because you have been trying to conceive. Don't get mad because people aren't letting you off the hook. Grow up!

Though a women's most fertile time is when she is ovulating, which about half way in between your menstrual cycle, it is still very possible you could get pregnant anytime. If you do not want a baby take the 20 seconds to have him put on a condom. If you are the type that thinks "but condoms don't feeeeel good," go to your doctor and get some birth control pills, and then take 2 seconds out of your day to take the pill.

Needless to say don't have unprotected sex!!! Your chances of becoming pregnant are very good. If you search around on conceiving web sites you can see when you are most like to be able to conceive. I know a woman who became pregnant when she had sex *during* her period. True story.
Without methodically, scientifically tracking your ovulation on a daily basis, it's impossible to know until you have or miss your next period.
The old standards of the ovum living about 24 hours and sperm living for about 48 hours still holds, so you give it a 36 hour window on either side, but again, without knowing your hormonal status--you may want to go with morning after stuff asap if you're not wanting to be a mum.

i doubt you'll get pregnant because you are at the start of your cycle again. i had unprotected sex around 2 weeks after my period and i went to take the emergency contraception but it didn't work but no one knows why. It just didn't and so i got pregnant and i was about 2 months but the pregnancy ended on saturday because i'm only 15 and i had a termination. Be careful but good luck!

I dont think your chances are too high because usually you ovulate ten days after your period finishes so even if the sperm stays in you for 3 days after you had sex, it doesn't reach the ovulation date. I mean, OF COURSE there's always a chance.
As for ppl leavin those ignorant comments, they need to grow up. You're not stupid for doing what you did..
