Does anyone know, or can you guide me to how many people hold an MD, JD, and MBA together simultaneously?

I would guess it is pretty few, since the three don't make a lot of sense together. I know people who have both an MD and a JD, people with an MD and an MBA, and people with an MBA and a JD together, but no one with those three degrees (I have an MBA, a JD, and a Ph.D., and I know several people with that combination, but the MD just doesn't seem a good fit with the other two together).
