You have to try and turn your body clock around. Try to stay awake as much as possible during the day, and take no naps.Ifyou feel yourself getting sleepy, get up and walk around, or do some kind of physical activity to wake you up. As you lessen the sleep you get during the day, you should become more tired and ready to sleep when bed time comes, and eventually sleep more soundly through the night.

I have the same problem. You might be up to late during the night that's why you end up sleeping during the day. this might help: take a warm shower before going to bed, drink hot cocoa, fall asleep watching tv, read a boring book that well help you to fall asleep faster, listen to music. hope you get some sleep.

I am with you on this one. I can sleep like a baby during the day and I am up all flipping night. The wrost part of it all is that I truely am tired right now... but my body will not allow me to sleep! I was trying to not take it... but Tylenol PM works magic.

Maybe just take short naps that are between 15 to 30 minutes long during the day. Just sleep enough so you feel like you have enough energy. Don't take a long nap because that will just throw off your sleeping cycle like you've experienced.

You may have insomnia. I get little sleep at night and often sleep for long periods during the day. I am on medication.

You sound like your sleep pattern is out of balance (your internal clock is out of wack). You need to gradually train yourself to sleep less during the day so that you can sleep more at night.
