Yes! I live in Australia and they are in the UK. Not for long though, in a couple of weeks I will be jetting off back to my home country after a long 7 years.
Miss my family heaps and can't wait to see them.

close family no i do not live far away. only a car ride away.
far away family members, distant members yes i do live far away from them, some on the other side of the usa, or on the opposite coast. and it is upsetting especially around the holidays when you cannot get to see all of them. but i guess some family is better than none?

Yes, unfortunately I live a ways away from all but one of my family members and he just got out of jail... So in a sense... it's as if even he's far away because we don't talk much ... I didn't choose the decisions he made... He did... I love them all, but in a way.. It's good that I have the distance I do with most of them...

NO, most of my family live within reasonable traveling distant, three miles or less, some live about 10 miles away. The ones which live the farthest away live about 100-150miles away.
Although we live fairly close, we don't see one another a lot, I have my own little circle of family members that I visit or they visit, the others I don't really know that well.

Other than my wife and kids, my Dad is three hours away, my brother and some cousins are five hours away. The closest after that is twelve hours, and from there it grows even farther. I have a niece and nephew who live in Germany, while I am in the US midwest.
But given the chance I would make it even farther. I would love to move back to Hawaii. Of course then I'd be seeing all of them more than I see them now. They'd all want a place to crash for free.

I do.. Its not all that far like i cant see them in years.. But its kind of far that i can reach out to them when i need them so much.. And these arent good days for me.. I miss them alot.. But, the commitment here holds me back.. But its true, no matter where u are, home is where the heart is..
Coincidently, I am starting to home town in 10 hours... Journey home is never too long, heart arrives before the train.

I live within 5 miles of my parents and one of my sisters. My other sister lives in a state far away.

Nope I was away 3 weeks and got homesick so I dont think I ll ever move to far.
