Ok, heres the deal. Im in a(n) civics class in highschool and we set up countries for every period and in those countries is states and in the countires there is a president,sumprem courts so on and so forth. And i was wondering what law in the real-world is able to tax other countries. If u can t find them will u give me a draft of what the bill might be Thx guys i know this question is a handfull THX!!!

Look up Sovereignty and then consider why there are no laws (tax or otherwise) that any country can impose on any other countries. Treaties exist between countries as agreements due to mutual benefits, but when either country decides to disagree, the treaty is worthless and nothing can be done to enforce it with the possible exception of war.

You'll also note in your civics class that no law has value if it can't be enforced, so part of the law also includes an enforcement provision.

The only possible way is through bilateral or multilateral agreements between the countries.In that case,any volition is enforceable through the legal systems of the country,where such volition takes place.Failing which,international court has the jurisdiction to deal with such matters.
