Bubs is only about as big as a jelly bean at the moment and your uterus has enlarged from a pear to a grapefruit, so you shouldn't be showing anything!
If you were showing already, then your weight could be a real problem by later pregnancy!
10 weeks is about the cut off between embryo and fetus when refering to bubs.
You should try to avoid any non-prescribed drugs while pregnant.
This includes smoking, alcohol, caffeine and pain killers!

why would you be showing at 10 wks? try about 12-16 weeks is most common.
pain meds? tylenol i believe is the safests one...and take as little as possibly, like 5-600 MG @ a time no more than 1000.
so if you had an ultra sound, why would you be worried? they showed you the baby right? if there was a problem, they would have pointed it out right away.

It isn't very typical AT ALL for a women to be showing at 10 weeks. I wasn't.
It also has a lot to do with the build of your body. If you're really skinny, you MAY show earlier. If you're a little bit heavier, you may not show until 4 months. It all depends.
Everything is fine. If something were wrong, your doctor would have seen it on Thursday.
Also, about the pain meds: always ask your doctor first. But it is okay to take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!
Goodluck with your pregnancy, girl. It's tough.

You're not supposed to take any medication without your doctors permission.... it can affect the baby.
Don't stress out too much about that... my sister's belly didn't show until her 5th month. If your belly isn't hard from the bottom... just wait a little... you're barely 10 weeks

Seriously, if you are worried that there is something wrong, call your OB. You are paying them or your insurance company is paying them to be there for you. You can tell them what you are experiencing and allow them to make the decision if they need to see you or have you take some over-the-counter meds. Good Luck!
