i want to stop my sexual passion. help.?

my wife is not interested in sex. i like it a lot. so i want to stop sex. i dont want to mastrubate. i was to make my passion go away. any ideas? exercises?

Make yourself busy, constantly doing things that you weren't doing before. Work in the yard more, dust the house, repair broken items.

Well the most extreme method would be to castrate yourself. But thats a little much. :/
