Yes, they were. I am thinking he was no threat and could have been subdued without the taser.

Skull and bones is a fraternity type of organization at Yale University since 1832 and you can look that up in whatever source you feel comfortable with. It is also a fact that both George W. Bush, his presidential son, John Kerry and Howard Taft were or are all Bonesmen.
It boasts an impressive amount of other extremely powerful men in this world as it's members too.
The question is; Does it make you uncomfortable that these powerful men may have more loyalty to their society and their fellow society members than they do to the American Public?
After all if you and your buddies had a lot of power money and were in control of a lot of things. Wouldn't you help each other make more money, keep each other out of trouble and in general hook each other up in what ever way you could?

The police shouldn't treat you any differently than a normal person simply because you wear skulls or bones. If they treated you any differently, it's discrimination and yes, they were out of line.

No. He had a case for the three-tenths of a second before he decided it would be a good idea to resist the police. Right or wrong, they only intended to escort him out, and he acted inappropriately in every sense of the term.
