IS cut dollar money still spendable?

1. Is half a dolllar spendable?

2. if you cut a corner off a 20 is it still usable?

3. if you cut 1/4 off 5$ is it still usable?

Any legal tender is spendable as long as BOTH serial numbers are in tact.
If you tear one in two down the middle, throw away or burn portions of the bill, but present BOTH complete serial numbers to a bank, they will give you a replacement bill.
