I'm very excited that my WW2 photo collection has grown to over 4,000 this week. You can see them all here:

I want to know -- what's your favorite WW2 photo found on my website? What is your favorite WW2 photo that hasn't made it to my website yet?

Thanks in advance for your comments!

This is a good collection. My favourate photos, which have not made it on are mainly AFVs.

As a general note, it might be nice if you could sub categorise by events/date/nation to aid navigation.

However, this is a great resource. Love it.

My favourite is one I don't have. It's one with a load of dead bodies in trenches. It was really potent, I saw it on a documentary.

My favourite story however is one about something that happened one time around christmas during the war. Both sides put down their weapons during an intense battle situation and took an hour to just meet each other and shake each others hands. I think that some of them even played football. How crazy must that have been?

Wow... quite the web page!!! Think I'm gonna check that one for a while... Can't choose just one pic... I'm personally a fan of things that are getting blown up or a group of men marching.
