I would suggest you to install all the Mother board drivers once again may it be sound card drivers, display drivers, i too had the same problem like you .....

With all new Computers there is drivers CD is supplied, so install all the drivers again, and 99% it will solve the problems. If you dont have CD with you, you just know the brand of your motherboard then search the display drivers from net.

All the best.......

Check the cable from the system to the monitor is securely plugged in at both ends.

If you are using a replacement cable or a cable extension - get rid of it and use the cable shipped with the monitor.

Open up the OSD menu on the monitor. If that is blurred then the monitor is defective.

Reduce the refresh rate. LCDs should be at 60 Hz CRTs at 75 Hz.

Reduce the resolution.

Don't meant to sound rude but you should try to reword your question and add more detail. I can't tell if you are saying that you just finished installing your system or it was already installed. Also need to know what application you are talking about.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) go to Tools > Internet Options . Advanced > Multimedia > Check-mark "Always use Clear Type for HTML", if you are using a LCD monitor or un-checkmark it if you are using a CRT monitor.
