No. Because 'robot' is a term that was assigned to a mechanical instrument that reacted to predefined imput via an interface. We're also not machines. A machine is a tool we utilise to perfect and improve our lives.
We can however be compared to robots because we model robots to our likeness. Kinda like a religious person believe his god did. We are the gods of the robots. Some people believe it's our reasoning and superior intelligence that makes us different. The thing is they're wrong. We evolved from cave dwellers to where we are now and everyday our scientists learn and discover new ways to do things and new ways to improve our lives. We're perfecting AI everyday and oneday it will each a point where an AI-powered robot can and will make his own mind up. The question is this: When it realises it's stronger and physically superior, how will it react? Will it take over the world?
Only time will tell.

No. I do not fit the definition of a robot:
"a machine that looks like a human being and performs various complex acts"

Horror of horrors I think you may be right!
Dam!! To think I have lived my life thus far believing myself to be a real human being.
How could I have made that mistake?
Why just this morning even though it is a day off, I got up at 4.45 a.m. as usual.Went through the same routine as I do every morning without giving it any thought. Did have the nous not to go to work though!
The phone rings I am programmed to pick it up and answer. Kids cry. I run to comfort them.
I cry over sad films right on cue.... and on and on it goes.
Dam, dam, dam!!!

yes because we sub-consiously do and think stuff we have no control over ... its like we have control over some trivial decisions but everything else isnt really decided by us but by everyone else that left their code in your DNA ... we still are animals down to the core ... yep robots in that sense
